At the Extraordinary General Meeting on 24 November 2015, we approved the proposed changes to the statutes and discussed issues related to roof safety. The minutes can be requested from styrelsen@silverdalskulle.se.

In the spring of 2016, the two-year inspection will take place. Unfortunately, Skanska has not yet notified us about the exact date for the inspection. We would like to encourage all members to submit a list to the board with the things that you would like to be addressed, both in your apartment and in the common areas. Please include your name and your apartment number.

We from the board would like to monitor that the inspection is conducted in a thorough and consistent manner, and that all problems and complaints are addressed. If there are problems that appear in several places (such as poor mobile coverage, cooking smells, cracks in walls and stairs), it becomes easier to get them accepted if we make a joint effort.

During January, we will post more details about the two-year inspection on our website (www.silverdalskulle.se). Those who have an account at Skansa My Home can also look for information there.
