Steeltech Service is doing very well. Christer Kajsjö, the new Service Manager since February 2018, draws this conclusion following a hectic year, including a major relocation, as year end is fast approaching. We wanted to find out more about the reasons for this.
“Well, there are several reasons to this. This year, we have had many overseas assignments both for new installations and service assignments. For Industrial Kitchens and Cooling Systems, we have also assisted with an increase in new installations. Then, the general sales increase at Steeltech is yet another factor. This has resulted in an increase in assignments for the Service department.”
What else are you doing?
“Currently we are busy with further perfecting the quality in our work routines. And to strengthen our skills, we are working on obtaining authorised service status for more brands.”
“On a personal note and in the role as new service manager, I would also like to mention how much I have enjoyed to meet SteelTech’s contractual customers and received important feedback for continued cooperation. And to all of those whom I have still not had the opportunity to meet, I will endeavour to do so soon,” ends our satisfied Service Manager.
