The Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, 1 June, 2016 at 19:00, in Tintomarasalen, Aniaraplatsen 2, Sollentuna Library.

A motion must include a proposal for a decision to be taken at the meeting and a brief motivation of why the meeting should vote in favor of the decision. Motions must be submitted or sent to the board's mailbox on Margreteborgsvägen 23, 191 37 Sollentuna by 11 April, 2016.

At the general annual meeting, a new board for the next term of office will be elected. At present, the place as treasurer is vacant. The daily financial management is handled by  Österåkers Bostadsrättsförvaltning. The board is looking for someone with a financial background or the like who is interested to get involved and has a mind for numbers. There are also places available for people who wish to enter as regular or deputy members. A term of office is one year.

We are still waiting for Skanska to set a date for the 2-inspection. We just want to clarify that it is each resident's responsibility to take up any issues with Skanska as it is Skanska performing the inspection, not the board of the housing cooperative. We from the board will provide support and monitor the inspection, so that it is performed correctly by Skanska. Thanks for all your input so far!
